If you grew up chasing sprinklers across the lawn, you’ll love this new Kmart find.
Part sprinkler, part rocket launcher, and only $10, Kmart’s latest backyard toy is set to be a summer favourite.
Kmart’s rocket sprinkler
Designed for kids aged three and up, the rocket sprinkler blasts water up to 1.8 metres high, spraying in every direction while hovering in the air.
Connect it to a standard garden hose, adjust the water pressure, and watch the rocket fly. It’s a clever idea that turns any patch of lawn into a mini water park.
So cool
Unsurprisingly, parents on Instagram are calling it the coolest summer toy yet.
“Omg!! This is so fun! Perfect for a warm day in the sun,” wrote one person.
Another added: “My two literally haven’t stopped playing with it.”
Run, don’t walk
Aside from endless entertainment, it’s a great way to keep kids cool and water the lawn without breaking the bank.
Just make sure to supervise play, adult assembly is required, and the rocket should never be aimed at faces or eyes.
