Where on-site do I redeem my promo code?
- Once you’ve selected all your items and added them to your cart, go to check out by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen and click the yellow “Checkout” button.
- You’ll first need to enter in your address and preferred shipping method, then on the “Review and Payments” page you’ll be able to enter in the code.
- At the top of this page, there’s blue text that says “Add E-gift Cards and Promo Codes”. Click on it and a field will appear. Type in your code there and click “Apply discount” for your total to be re-calculated.

Does Betta offer free delivery options?
Yes, Betta offers free delivery with a minimum order value of $100 from select Betta locations only. The delivery location must be up to 20km from the selected Betta store. Specific products and brands have further limitations. For more information about Betta’s free delivery program, click here.
If free shipping isn’t available, you can also opt for in-store pick up.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time frames depend on your location, the store in which the delivery is being fulfilled, and the specific product you are getting delivered.
For furniture deliveries (that are in stock), delivery will take 5-10 business days in metro areas and 5-14 business days in regional areas. For more accurate delivery estimates, we recommend checking with the local Betta store.
What about click-and-collect?
You can collect for free at your nearest Betta store.
Is it free if I need to make a return?
Free returns are available if goods are damaged upon arrival. However, if you change your mind on your purchase, returns are available but a restocking fee of 25% of the GST-inclusive purchase price of the item will apply to the return.
Are there buy now pay later services?
Yes, Betta offers buy now pay later services such as Afterpay, Humm, Zip pay and Latitude as well as other payment methods.
What’s different about shopping at Betta online instead of in-store?
Shopping online at Betta means you’ll have ample time to make a well-informed purchase decision (without the pressure of holding up the queue). Further, online-only discounts at Betta are often too good to pass up.
